Description:   Dominion of Canada 1923 one dollar bank notes are very attractive if you can find a high grade example. George V is featured on the front of each bank note. The back shows the library of parliament.

Varieties:   The first thing you need to know about 1923 $1 Dominion of Canada notes is that the seal color, signature combination, and serial number are all very important. Your seal color can be black, red, blue, green bronze, or purple. All serial numbers are in red ink. Serial numbers can start with any letter with exception of I, O, and Q. The possible signature combinations are Geo. W. Hyndman and J.C. Saunders, S.P. McCavour and J.C. Saunders, C.E. Campbell and Watson Seller, and C.E. Campbell and W.C. Clark. Send us pictures of your bank note and we can tell you have if you have a rare variety.
