Dominion of Canada July 2nd 1900 Four Dollar Bill

Description:   The two people pictured on 1900 $4 bills are Lady and Lord Minto. The harbor scene actually depicts the locks at Sault Ste. Marie in Michigan. The back shows a lovely view of the Parliament building as viewed from Nepean Point. Each note has a slight green tint.

Varieties:   There really aren’t any varieties to The Dominion of Canada 1900 $4 bill. Each note is signed by J.M. Courtney on the right hand side. The left signor can differ. Of course the serial number will also be different from note to note.
